For properties

An experienced programming partner for the property.

Live At can work alongside hotel teams to develop, source and produce entertainment and recurring experiences, giving the property one partner across programming and production.

You run the property. We help give people reasons to experience it.

Three ways to work with Live At

Start with one night. Grow into a calendar.

Most partnerships start small. Each program teaches us more about the property, which makes the next step easier to plan.

ONE EXPERIENCE

A single holiday, concert or special program.

A clear place to start. We learn the property, produce one program well and review it together.

Best forA signature night or a season opener

SEASONAL PROGRAMMING

A series built around a season, weekend pattern or recurring property need.

A run of programs with a shared purpose, like summer evenings, holiday weekends or slow-season nights.

Best forFilling a season or a need

ONGOING PROGRAMMING PARTNER

A recurring entertainment calendar, planned and improved all year.

Live At works with the property throughout the year to plan, produce and improve a recurring entertainment calendar.

How we work

The same four steps, every program.

Every program stays grounded in the property, and each one is better than the last.

STEPLEARN

We learn the place.

We learn the history and brand, the spaces, the guests, the neighborhood, the operating limits and the business goals. We walk the property before we suggest anything.

  • Site walk
  • Spaces and limits
  • Guest mix
  • Daily rhythm
  • Business goals
STEPCREATE

We create what belongs there.

We map programming opportunities by space, audience, time of day, season and goal. Every idea has to pass the Live At Fit Test before it moves forward.

  • Opportunities by space
  • Fit Test
  • Artists and partners
  • Calendar
  • Packages
STEPPRODUCE

We make it happen.

Talent, partners, vendors, schedule, logistics, technical production and guest flow. One plan per program, and one Live At lead your team can call.

  • Talent and partners
  • Staging and sound
  • Run of show
  • Guest flow
STEPIMPROVE

We learn and make the next one better.

After every program we review it with your team: who came, what they did on property, what worked, what caused friction and whether it should repeat. Then we plan what comes next.

  • Guest response
  • Business results
  • Repeat or change
  • Next program

What a programming plan looks like.

A sample from a coastal resort. Highlighted cells are the strongest fits for that property's rhythm. Every cell still has to pass the Fit Test.

Business and groups

Programming for meetings, groups and business gatherings.

The same approach works for the property's group and corporate business. Live At can add entertainment, culture and social programming to the events your sales team already books.

  • ConferencesPanels, evening receptions and closing nights
  • Team socialsSocial golf, food and music

The Live At Fit Test

Every program has to earn its place.

Before anything moves into production, it has to pass seven questions. If it doesn't belong at the property, we don't recommend it.

  1. Does it belong here?
  2. Does it serve a real audience?
  3. Does it use the property well?
  4. Does it support a property goal?
  5. Can it be produced well within the operating limits?
  6. Can we measure something useful?
  7. Can success become a repeatable rhythm or tradition?

What it can do

Give guests another reason to choose your property.

  • Create new reasons to visitProgramming people put on their calendar.
  • Give hotel guests more to doSomething worth staying in for.
  • Attract local guestsNeighbors who come for the night and come back.
  • Support food and beverageEntertainment built around the meal, not beside it.
  • Create seasonal programmingHolidays and seasons with a plan behind them.
  • Build recurring eventsFormats that repeat, so each one gets easier.
  • Create premium packagesRooms, dinner and the show sold together.
  • Generate media and contentFootage and stories from real nights on property.
  • Work with artists and brandsPartners who want to be part of what happens here.

Outcomes depend on the property, the season and the program. We set goals together and report on them honestly after every program.

Cultural programming, done with care.

Hawaiian, Polynesian and other cultural programming is not a theme. Live At works with experienced cultural performers and practitioners, and we build those evenings with them. The music, dance and stories stay in the hands of the people they come from.
